Terms of Service

These terms cover how you use the Tideroe website and how we sell to you. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to what's below. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

Tideroe is an independent everyday-basics brand selling wire-free bras and seamless briefs direct to consumers through this website. When we say "we" or "us" we mean Tideroe; when we say "you" we mean the person browsing or buying.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. We may update prices and product details at any time, but once you place an order, the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay. If we discover a clear pricing error (for example, a $38 bra listed for $3.80), we may cancel and refund the affected order before it ships and let you know what happened.

About fit, color, and feel

A few honest notes about basics specifically:

• Fit is personal. Sizes XS-XXL are tuned against standard US measurements, but every body is different. Use the size chart on each product page as a starting point and lean on our 30-day try-on if the first size isn't right.
• Color may vary slightly. Dye lots and your screen calibration can both shift how a tone reads. Bare apricot, oat white, and deep pine are within a small natural range from batch to batch.
• Wear and care. Soft fabrics last longer when you treat them softly — wash cold in a lingerie bag, lay flat to dry, skip the dryer and fabric softener. Pilling, stretched bands, or color loss caused by machine drying or hot wash aren't covered as defects.

What we don't claim

Tideroe sells apparel, not a medical or therapeutic product. We don't make health, posture, lifting, slimming, shaping, or disease-prevention claims about any item we sell. Product descriptions cover materials, construction, and fit only.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, graphics, and product names on this site belong to Tideroe or our licensed contributors. You're welcome to share links and screenshots for personal use; please don't re-publish our photos or copy our product text for commercial use without written permission.

Account and data

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. We collect only the information needed to process orders, send shipping updates, and (if you opt in) email you about new colors and restocks. We don't sell your data.

Liability

We work hard to describe each product accurately, but to the extent allowed by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

If something feels off — billing, fit, a damaged item, anything — please reach out first at support@styytvgglae.shop. Most disputes are resolved by a short email exchange. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
