Refund & Return Policy

Underwear is personal, and you really do have to wear it for a day or two to know if it's right. We've built our return window with that in mind.

30-day at-home try-on

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or refund on any Tideroe order. The window starts the day your tracking marks the package as delivered, not the day you placed the order.

What we accept back

  • Bras (Daywave): you may wear them at home with the inner liner intact and return them inside the 30-day window. Please don't wear them outside the home, machine-wash them, or remove the inner sticker liner if one is included.
  • Briefs (Driftbrief 3-Pack): for hygiene reasons, briefs are returnable only if the box is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. We cannot accept opened or worn briefs back, regardless of condition.
  • Hush Bundle: the bra inside follows the bra policy; the brief 3-pack inside follows the brief policy. You may return one and keep the other — we'll refund the unbundled price of whichever piece you send back.

What we don't accept

  • Items returned after the 30-day window has closed.
  • Briefs with broken or missing hygiene seals.
  • Items that have been machine-washed, dyed, altered, or visibly damaged through misuse.
  • Items returned without a prepaid label issued by our team (so we can track them back to your order).

How to start a return

Email support@styytvgglae.shop with your order number (starts with TDR-) and a short note about what you'd like to do — return, exchange a size, swap a color. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and packing instructions.

Who pays for return shipping

We do, inside the 30-day window. Use the prepaid label we send you. If you ship a return back on your own without a prepaid label, we can't reimburse the shipping cost.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and checked in at our warehouse (usually 2-3 business days after we get it), we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes another 3-5 business days to post the refund. If you'd rather have store credit, let us know — we issue store credit the same day check-in completes.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost and cover any return shipping. The 30-day rule doesn't apply here — defects are on us, full stop.
