Shipping Policy

Here's exactly what happens after you press place order.

Processing time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00pm PT are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and US holidays, ship out on the next business day. In practice that means 1-2 business days of processing before the package leaves our warehouse.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping (3-7 business days): $5 flat rate, or free on orders over $40.
  • Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $12 flat rate, calculated at checkout.
  • Carriers: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, whichever is faster to your ZIP code.
  • We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can take 2-3 extra business days.

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, and Australia. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after processing, depending on customs in your destination country. International rates and any duties or taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as a label is created we email a tracking link. Once the carrier scans the package, the link goes live within a few hours. If your tracking doesn't update for more than 4 business days after shipment, write to us at support@styytvgglae.shop and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Packaging

Single items ship in a soft mailer. The Hush Bundle ships in a small reusable gift box that fits inside a standard mailer. We don't include invoices in the package — your receipt arrives by email — so the package is gift-friendly by default.

Address changes

We can change a shipping address only if the order hasn't been picked yet. If you spot a typo or need to redirect, email us within 1 hour of ordering with your order number and the corrected address. After pickup, the carrier owns the route and we can't reroute mid-transit.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking says delivered but the package isn't there, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first — most "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours. If it still hasn't surfaced after 3 business days, email us and we'll work with the carrier and, if needed, reship at no cost.

Holidays and weather

We don't ship on US federal holidays, and carriers occasionally pause service during severe weather. We'll post any temporary delays at the top of the homepage announcement bar.
